These session are specifically geared for those that have been doing their work and have a long self help\spritual resume. We focus deeply 1-3 specific limiting beliefs or triggers that you just haven’t found a path out of on your own.
For example: Do your ex’s text still raise fire in your belly? Do you children’s behaviours or attitudes cause you to meltdown? Have you avoided touching your body for much too long? Are you lacking in boundaries and want support? Do you need to learn to say NO? Are you yo-yo dieting and want a permanent solution? Is your husband cheating and you don’t know what to do next? Can you normally handle your emotions but COVID fatigue has kicked in?

We will dive deep into whatever is holding you back from the life you desire and create a plan to face those limits with love and compassion.
