Working with couples is a priviledge of a lifetime. Its such a beautiful gift to help nurture the flames of love and devotion. Most couples that request to work with me are in one of two situations. They love and honour each other and have lost the physical spark of their intimacy and want to come back to each other. I have heard hundreds of stories filled with reasons for the divide, from children to time commitments to simply feeling disconnected and in their heads. My couple connection packages can be done in person in Whitby, on globally online. Becoming a Couples Sex Coach was something that developed over time. I have worked with Men and Women doing Intimacy coaching and bodywork for 6 years and done a number of different trainings to create my own programmes to create the change needded for couples.
Couples Coaching
4 Sessions to 6 Months.
Are you having a situational issue and you need to be guided through a solid rupture and repair process? Then 4 sessions might be all you need to get back to yourselves and the safety you have already built. In these sessions we will focus on listening to each others parts and how to maintain safe and loving communication.
Working together for 6 months or longer we will learn the skills above and apply then to the monthly themed program to bring you from no intimacy to fully engaged. I will work with you each individually for 4-8 sessions where we will learn about the fundamental differences in men and women that we should all be taught much earlier in life. From Understanding the menstral cycle, to consent culture and relational structures in polarity. We will also
focus this time on indvidual healing and pattern awarness. I will be studying how you communicate, love and support each other. The next four months we will focus on building the safety in vulnerabiliity, resiliancy and how to build sexual polarity and excitement in the bedroom through a series of activities and conversations layed out build week after week.
